Great PK between recruits and veterans to help new comrades in arms set sail

As“ After 00” Most of the recruits have their own special skills. The squadron Party branch also actively innovated the method of leading troops after learning about it, and set up a stage for new comrades in arms to let them integrate into the collective faster. Let's follow the story of four new soldiers to experience the growth of new comrades in arms< br />

For the first time after the next round, Liu Hengheng and Wang Cong had a match. When organizing the anti attack training at the outpost, Liu Hengheng questioned the repetitive practice of fixed movements arranged by the squad leader. He believed that this could not effectively protect himself in actual combat. In the face of doubt, the monitor Wang Cong did not say anything more, but divided the new soldiers into two groups. One group was led by him to continue training, and the other group was led by Liu Hengheng. At the end of the exercise, two groups were assessed

At the end of the assessment, the group led by the old monitor had almost 100% pass rate, while the group led by Liu Hengheng had only one third pass rate. Seeing the depressed Liu Hengheng, Wang Cong timely organized comments:“ According to the group training assessment, the moves taught by Liu Hengheng are closer to actual combat. The low passing rate of the assessment is because each comrade in arms has a different foundation. Although my method is conservative and my moves are fixed, I can make new comrade in arms learn basic skills quickly. After all, only by laying a solid foundation can we achieve something. The moves used by Liu Hengheng are more suitable for veterans with basic skills, and have more practical significance& rdquo; Listening to the monitor's words, Liu Hengheng, a new recruit, raised his head thoughtfully and listened to the monitor's arrangement to continue the training
